CAP Coalition Against Piracy (CAPIP) is a service network covering 29 different countries and consisting of 23 law firms in the EU, Norway and Switzerland. Borenius & Kemppinen is the Finnish member of the network. CAPIP fights against piracy and counterfeit goods by offering an efficient and standardised tool that can be used throughout Europe by proprietors of brands, patents, models and copyrights. The clients of CAPIP and customs gain access to a centralised web service for identifying, following and destructing counterfeit goods.
