Laura advises clients on banking and finance as well as general corporate law and M&A related questions.

Prior to joining Attorneys at law Borenius in December 2010, Laura has gained working experience as a bank lawyer in an international finance group. Laura has also worked as a trainee at another Finnish law firm before graduating.
