Mika advises on transactions and corporate law related questions, as well as on competition law issues.

Prior to graduating from the University of Helsinki in 2007, Mika also studied at the Albert Ludwigs University in Freiburg, Germany and worked as an intern at McKinsey & Company and at Attorneys at law Borenius. Mika joined Attorneys at law Borenius as a lawyer following his graduation.
