Alli advises on M&A, corporate finance and capital markets transactions related questions.

Prior to joining Attorneys at law Borenius in 2011, Alli worked at KONE, as a trainee in the U.S. and as an assistant legal counsel in Finland. Before graduating, Alli gained work experience as a trainee at other law firms in Helsinki and as an intern at Novo Nordisk in Switzerland. She also studied business at the BI Norwegian School of Management, Norway and at the University of St.Gallen, Switzerland.

In addition to her law degree, Alli holds a M.Sc. (Econ.) degree and a CEMS MIM degree from the Helsinki School of Economics.
