Elina advises clients on capital markets and general M&A related questions.

Prior to joining Attorneys at law Borenius, Elina worked as a market supervisor at the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority for several years.

In addition to her law degree, she holds a M.Sc. (Econ.) from the Swedish School of Economics and Business Administration. Elina has also studied law at Lund University in Sweden and finance at the University of Tilburg, the Netherlands.
