Andreas Doepel advises on mergers and acquisitions as well as on contract law with a particular emphasis on company law. He also advises on matters of marketing law.

He has worked on secondment at a major Swedish industrial corporation in Gothenburg. He has also worked on the preparation of the 2006 Finnish Companies Act for a supporting committee of the Ministry of Justice work group.

Prior to graduating, Andreas worked as a trainee for law firms in Finland and the United Kingdom.

He has studied at the Institute of Law at Gothenburg University.

Andreas has been a partner since February 2010. He heads the corporate law competence group and Nordic Desk of B&K.
