Jari advises on intellectual property and dispute resolution related questions. In addition, he has wide-ranging experience in intellectual property litigation.

Jari also advises on M&A and corporate law, commercial contracts, torts and insolvency related questions.

Prior to joining Attorneys at law Borenius, Jari worked as a partner at Attorneys at Law Alfa Ltd. and as an attorney at other law firms since 1991. Jari is head of the firm's Tampere office.

Jari has been a partner since 2012.
