Mika Salonen

Mika advises on M&A, insolvency and commercial contract related questions.

Mika has acted as an adviser and administrator in major corporate restructurings. He has also handled transactions related to capital markets and financing. Mika has served as a member of a board of directors and as an administrator for companies in the field of entertainment.

Mika has been a partner since 1998. He headed Baltic operations in 2003-2008 and is currently head of Attorneys at law Borenius' Russian Desk. Mika completed his law degree from the University of Turku with LL.M. degree from the University of Amsterdam in 1992.
