Minna Saarelainen advises on insolvency, dispute resolution and employment law. In addition, she has wide-ranging experience in corporate governance and liability related issues.

Minna frequently lectures on employment and insolvency law and on issues related to directors’ liability.

Minna has served as an external jurisprudent member to the Committee of Quality for the Finnish Institute for Authorised Public Accountants. She has served as a member of a working group established by the Ministry of Justice to develop the Housing Companies Act.

She holds a master of business administration from the Helsinki School of Economics in addition to her law degree from the University of Turku.

She is accredited as an international mediator from the Centre of Effective Dispute Resolution.
