Minna advises on all matters related to employment law. In addition, she has wide-ranging experience in liability related issues.

Minna frequently lectures on employment law and on issues related to directors’ liability.

Minna is the current chairman of the Finnish Bar Association’s Employment Law Committee.

She holds a master of business administration from the Helsinki School of Economics in addition to her law degree from the University of Turku.

She is accredited as an international mediator from the Centre of Effective Dispute Resolution.

Minna has been a partner since 2003 and is the head of Attorneys at law Borenius' Employment practice.
