Jukka advises on various areas of business law, which are essential for top group managers; corporate governance, M&A and outsourcing, contract law and cases involving tax and finance related aspects, especially on cross-border transactions. A special expertise Jukka has gained in project finance through multi-country transactions for pulp and paper industry. Based on his extensive background in international industrial management and legal positions, Jukka likes to take a practical approach on legal problem solving.

Prior joining B&K as a Senior Advisor, Jukka served as in-house/general counsel and group director for two Finnish based international industrial companies over a decade in North and South America and most recently in Northern Europe.
