Jouni advises on international tax issues specialising in transfer pricing. Jouni has 8 years extensive experience in transfer pricing issues of Finnish and multinational corporations, including re-structuring projects.

Prior to joining Attorneys at law Borenius, Jouni worked as transfer pricing advisor in Deloitte and PwC. In Deloitte Jouni was the transfer pricing service line leader for Finland. Jouni has been advising Finnish companies on Russian tax issues for some 4 years and was on one year secondment at PwC Moscow in the transfer pricing team. In Deloitte Jouni was the head of Russian desk, specialising in Russian tax issues. Jouni has a Master's degree in economics from the Helsinki School of Economics and Business Administration.
