Kare advises on questions related to M&A, Finnish and German contract and corporate law as well as dispute resolution.

In addition to his law studies at the University of Munich, Kare trained at the Higher Regional Court Munich (Oberlandesgericht München).

Prior to graduating, he worked as a trainee at Finnish and German law firms.
