Oili advises on legal issues related to good administration, the liability of the board of directors and managers as well as the management, operations and taxation of foundations, associations and other non-profit corporations. Oili also advises on questions related to administrative appeals, dispute resolution and criminal law.

Prior to joining Attorneys at law Borenius, Oili worked with matters related to foundations at the Register of foundations of the National Board of Patents and Registrations of Finland. She also worked with taxation matters at Helsinki Administrative Court and Vantaa tax office. 

Oili lectures about matters related to her field of expertise on a regular basis.
