Oili Kela advises on civil matters, on issues concerning good administration and the liability of the Board of Directors and the management of different corporations as well as on matters related to the Finnish law on foundations and associations and to taxation of non-profit organisations.

Before joining B&K she worked with matters related to foundations at the Register of foundations of the National Board of Patents and Registrations of Finland and taxation matters at Helsinki Administrative Court and Vantaa tax office.
