Antti advises on mergers and acquisition and corporate law issues and related financing arrangements.

Prior to graduating, Antti studied banking and financing law at Lund University in Sweden. He is completing a master of science (Econ. and Business Adm.) at the Turku School of Economics and Business Administration. 

Before joining B&K, Antti worked for another law firm and at Nordea Bank Plc.

Antti, along with Jukka Mähönen and Seppo Villa, are the authors of Osakeyhtiölaki Käytännössä (Companies Act in Practice) (WSOYpro). The book provides timely and practical guidance to the Finnish Companies Act enacted in September 2006.
