Tuomas advises clients on banking and finance, capital markets, M&A and real estate.  He has extensive experience especially in the field of cross-border transactions.

Tuomas is a recognised expert in financing, securities and company laws. He has published several articles and participated in the pending reform of the Finnish securities market legislation and other legislative work. Tuomas is also a member of the Securities and Finance Law Expert Group of the Finnish Bar Association.

In addition to his law degree, Tuomas has studied accounting and finance at the Aalto University School of Economics.

Prior to joining Attorneys at law Borenius, Tuomas worked for several years at other Helsinki based law firms and auditing firm. He has also been trained on the bench and seconded to a German law firm based in Frankfurt (Main).
