Heidi advises clients on dispute resolution, commercial contracts and competition law (particularly state aid law) related questions.

Heidi heads Attorneys at law Borenius' Arbitration practice. She has wide experience in dispute resolution in the field of domestic and international arbitration. She has also served as an arbitrator, and she regularly represents clients in general courts of law and the Market Court as well.

In addition to her law degree, Heidi holds an MBA degree from Helsinki School of Economics and Business Administration. She has also worked as a court trainee at the District Court of Helsinki and completed an interim traineeship at the state aid unit of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Competition.

Heidi has been accredited as a mediator by the Finnish Bar Association. She frequently lectures in seminars, particularly on arbitration and state aid law related questions.

Heidi has been a Specialist Partner since 2011.
