Johan advises on mergers and acquisitions as well as general corporate and contract law. In addition, he frequently advises on questions related to fund formation.

Johan has also served as an arbitrator.

He was recently on a secondment in a law firm in Russia.

He also holds a Master of Science (Econ.) from the Swedish School of Economics and Business Administration in Helsinki. In addition to Finnish legal studies, he studied law in Paris and worked at a law firm in France.

Johan has been a Specialist Partner since 2011.
