Timo Seppälä

Timo advises on mergers and acquisitions, information technology and dispute resolution related questions. He has also served as an administrator and trustee in a number of corporate restructuring procedures and bankruptcy estates.

Before joining Attorneys at law Borenius, Timo served as a partner and managing director of KPMG's subsidiary KLegal Ltd.

Timo has been a partner since 2003. He has also studied law at Abraham Lincoln University, LA, California.

Timo serves currently as an of Counsel.

- Timo advised the sellers on the sale of shares in Plenware Oy, an IT-consultancy with 550 employees and operations in Finland, Estonia, Romania and China, to Cybercom Group Europe AB.
- Timo acted as an administrator in reorganisation of Hamken Oy, the manufacturer of the internationally valued Pertti Palmroth design shoes.
