Nina Wilkman advises on banking, corporate finance, M&A (private and public) and private equity related matters and she also gives advice on general commercial and corporate law issues with special emphasis on corporate governance issues. She has extensive experience in cross-border related work and advises a vast amount of non-Finnish companies acting in or planning to act in Finland. Additionally Nina Wilkman handles arbitration cases.

Prior to joining B&K Nina worked for several years as in-house/general counsel for two major Finnish listed companies. Nina serves on several boards of directors, amongst them Aktia Bank Abp.

Nina has been a B&K partner 2000-2009.
