• We advised a Finnish construction company on the largest-ever cartel proceedings
• We represented Tulikivi Corporation in a conflict that concerned unfair business practises in the marketing of soft stone fireplaces
• We succeeded in obtaining the first 100% leniency for our client from the Finnish Competition Authority

Public Procurement

• We successfully represented the Finnish Social Security Agency before the Market Court in a public procurement case against a Nordic telecom company
• We represented the Finnish Social Security Agency before the Finnish Supreme Administrative Court
• We represented Swets Information Services AB against eight governmental instutions, including one ministry and two universities in the public procurement dispute concerning subscription services
• We advised a social and healthcare service provider in the execution of a multimillion euro supply procurement
• We represented AM Security Oy in a public procurement case against Turku University Hospital regarding a works contract worth EUR 450 000. The contracting authority withdrew its erroneous decision due to AM Security’s demand for rectification
• We represented Kustannus-Osakeyhtiö Kotimaa in a public procurement case against The Parish Union of Helsinki regarding a service procurement worth EUR 12 million
• We successfully represented Lekolar-Printel Oy before the Market Court in a public procurement case against KL-Kuntahankinnat. The case concerned the procurement of school and crafts supplies worth up to EUR 9 million.

State Aid

• We advise Hospital District of Helsinki and Uusimaa (HUS) in connection with a high-profile state aid case where private hospitals have complained to the European Commission that HUS grants state aid to its newly established subsidiary HYKSin Oy
• We organized the open consultation and assessment of the Finnish Public Broadcaster’s HD channel pursuant to the EU state aid rules
• We advised the Finnish Generic Pharmaceuticals Association by providing information to the Finnish legislators and the European Commission concerning the need to change the law on generic substitution
• We successfully represented the Finnish Ministry of Transport and Communications in the European Commission’s formal state aid investigation
