As one of Finland’s top-tier law firms, B&K has always invested in the academic and professional development of law students. We have created a training programme that provides students with the opportunity to work on meaningful assignments in close collaboration with experienced attorneys. In addition, we offer assistance to selected students in the preparation of their masters theses.

We seek law students with talent, integrity, energy, enthusiasm, ambition, imagination, curiosity and eagerness to learn. And we recognise that these characteristics can be demonstrated in many ways: for example, through extracurricular activities, prior work experience and high academic achievement.
