Luiga Mody Hääl Borenius is the largest law firm in Estonia. We advice clients on all areas of the law, specialising particularly in commercial law and M&A, contracts, intellectual property, employment law and real estate transactions. Finance and securities, Internet services regulations and tax consulting are also important areas for the firm.

Our clients consist mostly of financial, commercial and industrial companies, as well as state and local government agencies. Luiga Mody Hääl Borenius also represents individuals in matters related to their principal practice areas.

The cooperation of the Borenius Group and Luiga & Mugu started in 2002 and culminated a year later when the Estonian office was renamed as Attorneys-at-Law Luiga, Mugu & Borenius. In 2005, the office merged with Attorneys-at-Law Mody & Hääl Glimstedt. The five partners of the office are Sten Luiga, Margus Mugu, Jaanus Mody, Marti Hääl and Peeter Kutman.
