Lallukka Foundation of Artist Homes. Juho Lallukka bequests his estate for the establishment of a home for artists in Helsinki and the activity soon continues as a foundation. Heikki Borenius Sr. takes care of the foundation’s legal matters and acts as the chairman of the board. In its early years the foundation serves mostly actors.

General Major K. M. Wallenius. Heikki Borenius Sr. defends K. M. Wallenius in several cases relating to the expulsion of President and Mrs Ståhlberg in 1930 as well as the riot in Mäntsälä in February 1932. The charges against K. M. Wallenius are dropped.

Patriotic People’s Movement. Heikki Borenius Sr. represents the movement, abolished by the Minister for Internal Affairs, Urho Kekkonen (that later becomes the President of Finland). The decision of Minister Kekkonen is overruled.
