Attorneys-at-Law Liepa, Skopiņa /Borenius hosted a seminar entitled 'Business, State and Administrative Procedure' on 12 May 2005. The seminar concentrated upon topical administrative law and administrative procedure issues, and in it lawyers from the office and representatives of the Supreme Court as well as from state and municipal institutions shared their experience on this issue.
