B&K's new partners
Attorneys Ben Rapinoja and Ari Kaarakainen have been invited as partners of Borenius & Kemppinen Ltd as of January 17, 2006.
Ben Rapinoja advises on IP related questions with particular emphasis on life sciences and pharmaceutical industry. His practice mainly concentrates on commercial contracts, corporate and financial transactions especially in the life sciences sector and dispute resolution, where Mr Rapinoja has a particular experience in the field of patent and trademark litigation.
Ari Kaarakainen advises on banking and finance as well as on M&A related
questions. He has also been made head of B&K’s Banking & Finance
practice.
