PE Survey

B&K received extremely good results in the Private Equity Survey 2005 by Legal Week Intelligence.

Leading PE-professionals in Europe were asked to assess how well their law firms and key legal advisers were meeting expectations. The firms included in the results were selected according to volume of work as indicated by the number of responses each of them received.

Borenius & Kemppinen was the only Finnish law firm to be noted in the results as a benchmarking firm, together with 20 other European law firms (14 of which are UK firms).

B&K received top results reaching 2nd place in the aggregate rankings of scores, leaving behind several leading UK and other European law firms. B&K was especially well rated for expertise in private equity and knowledge of the private equity market, knowledge of clients’ business, management of work and service delivery as well as client relationship management. B&K received higher scores than the law firm average on all key performance areas included in the survey.
