Corporate governance should be based on self-regulation

B&K's senior advisor Juhani Erma has been nominated chairman of the board of the Finnish Association of Professional Board Members.

Juhani Erma states in Kauppalehti on 15 May 2008, that all Nordic stock exchanges should have similar recommendations regarding corporate governance. According to him, corporate governance regulations should not be too strict. Investors will in any event vote with their feet, in case the management policy of the company does not please them.
