Attorneys at law Borenius & Kemppinen Ltd successfully represented Coloplast A/S and Coloplast A/S, Finnish Branch against its competitor before the Finnish Market Court in a case concerning unfair business practices.

The Finnish Market Court rendered its ruling in the case on 17 September 2008 (MAO:371/08, register number 245/07/M1). According to the ruling, Coloplast’s competitor was responsible for unfair business practice and marketing, which has included false or misleading expressions.
