M&A: Keycast Corporation deal description

US based Riverside Europe, a major private equity firm focused on the smaller end of the middle market, has acquired Finland based casting and manufacturing company Keycast and its Swedish subsidiaries, which transaction is Riverside’s first acquisition in Finland.

B&K acted as the legal advisor to the Riverside Company (the buyer); conducting a due diligence review, negotiating and drafting the share purchase agreement, coordinating merger clearance in Sweden, negotiating and drafting the finance agreements.
