Sale of Empower Oy

3i Group plc, 3i Baltic Investments SA and Profita Fund II Ky have sold their shares in Empower Oy, one of the largest service providers on the energy, telecom and industrial sector in Finland and the Baltic countries, to AAC Capital Partners.

B&K acted as the legal adviser to the sellers. B&K facilitated the legal due diligence process, drafted the sale and purchase agreement and represented the sellers in the sale and purchase agreement negotiations.
