Combination Agreement between Biotie and Elbion NV

B&K was the Finnish legal advisor to Elbion NV in negotiating the Combination Agreement (CA) and other various other agreements, commitments and documents related to the CA. B&K conducted a limited LDD review of Biotie. B&K also commented the prospectus to be issued in connection with the transaction and advised Elbion NV in connection with the exemption order (from the obligation to make a public tender offer for the shares of Biotie) to be issued by FIN-FSA.
