DRI: Dispute between BearingPoint Finland Oy and Deloitte & Touche Oy and Deloitte Oy

B&K succesfully defended its clients Deloitte & Touche Oy and Deloitte Oy in Helsinki Court of Appeal against BearingPoint Finland Oy's claims for damages based on alleged breach of contract and unfair business practices, both relating to a recruitment of a group of BearingPoint Finland Oy's key consultants.

BearingPoint Finland Oy's claims, which exceeded 2 million euros, were dismissed also in the court of previous instance, Helsinki District Court.
