Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, Ltd. and Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift Europe B.V. have made a voluntary public tender offer to acquire the shares in Rocla Oyj for EUR 13 per share (100 % premium on latest market price).

B&K was the legal advisor to the board of directors of Rocla Oyj and to Rocla Oyj, including commenting and negotiations on the combination agreement and the transaction as a whole, including merger control.
