Public tender offer Stockmann/Lindex AB

Stockmann has launched and closed a public tender offer for the shares in Lindex AB. 

B&K acted as a legal advisor for Sampo Bank plc and other members of the bank syndicate in relation to the acquisition financing of the transaction. The deal was closed in December 2007. 

B&K drafted a EUR 1,100 million multicurrency credit facility agreement, issued a legal opinion and advised the bank syndicate in relation to the closing of the financing transaction.
