Laine Skopina

Laine advises on M&A, commercial and corporate law as well as real estate related questions.

Prior to joining Liepa, Skopiņa /Borenius, Laine was a partner at another major law firm in Latvia and later established her own law firm.

Laine has also worked as a legislative assistant to the deputy chairman of the Republic of Latvia parliament and to the prime minister of the Republic of Latvia.
