Jani Syrjänen

As an experienced litigator Jani Syrjänen advises international and domestic clients in various commercial disputes having concentration in all areas of employment law. Jani has also vast experience in negotiating and drafting shareholders' agreements, employment and executive agreements, policies and procedures as well as conducting in-house training for employers confronting a wide range of employment law matters including, inter alia, downscalings, reorganisations and redundancies.

Jani is an accredited mediator by the Finnish Bar Association.
