Andrei Aganimov

Andrei advises on banking, corporate restructuring and ship finance as well as on M&A related issues.

Prior to joining Borenius, Andrei worked as a Lawyer in different units of Nordea Bank Finland Plc. During his time at Nordea Bank, he focused on leveraged and structured finance, ship finance, project finance, corporate finance and M&A transactions. In addition to this, he has gained experience of legal work in London when working at the London branch of Nordea Bank.

  • Advised Nordea and SEB as mandated lead arrangers, with the debt financing of the acquisition of Evac Oy by the IK VII Fund, advised by IK Investment Partners.
