Vilma advises our clients on fund formation and investment management as well as on related regulatory matters.
Vilma joined Borenius as an Associate in 2024, and before that she worked at the firm as a trainee. In addition to her law studies at the University of Helsinki, Vilma has studied law at the University of Edinburgh, Scotland.
