Borenius acted as advisor in the sale of CRF Health

We advised both the sellers and CRF Health itself as their local counsel on the sales process concerning the divestment of CRF Health by Vitruvian Partners to Genstar Capital, a leading investor in healthcare technology and services companies.

CRF Health is a global provider of eCOA and eConsent solutions for the life sciences industry. Vitruvian Partners, a leading growth and technology focused investment firm, had owned the majority of CRF Health since 2015. Borenius advised Vitruvian Partners as its local counsel in connection with the 2015 acquisition.

CRF Health will be combined with Bracket, one of Genstar’s portfolio companies, as part of the transaction. Bracket is a provider of software technology-enabled solutions utilised in clinical trials. The combined company will have over 1,500 employees worldwide.
