Borenius advised Intera Partners in its acquisition of ISS’s security business

We advised a fund managed by Intera Partners in its acquisition of ISS Security Oy and other business assets related to security from ISS group in Finland, Finland’s leading provider of facility and business services.

As part of the transaction the parties have agreed that the new security company owned by Intera Partners becomes the preferred partner delivering security services to ISS Finland and its customers.

The transaction will be finalised at the end of 2016.
