Borenius advised OP-Vuokratuotto special investment fund in its acquisition of an office building in Alberga Business Park

We advised OP-Vuokratuotto special investment fund in its acquisition of Kiinteistö Oy Alberga Talo D, a mutual real estate company, from NCC Property Development Oy. Building D of the Alberga Business Park, which is a newly built office building complex in Leppävaara, Espoo, was completed just prior to the acquisition and contains 5,300 square meters of lettable office space and almost 100 parking spaces. The business park, once completed, will contain approximately 34,000 square meters of office space in five modern high-quality buildings and over 600 parking spaces.
