Borenius advised Pareto on Sunborn London’s senior secured bond issue

We acted as Finnish counsel to Pareto Securities in connection with Sunborn London’s bond issue under Norwegian law. The senior bond is guaranteed by the issuer’s parent and sister company and secured by, inter alia, a ship mortgage registered on the vessel “Sunborn Princess”. The bond will be listed on Nasdaq Helsinki.
