Borenius advised Robit Oyj in its acquisition of Drilling Tools Australia Ltd

We advised Robit Oyj in its acquisition of Drilling Tools Australia Ltd from Ausdrill Ltd, an ASX listed international mining services company. The value of the acquisition is of approx. EUR 42 million (AUD 66 million). The acquisition of DTA will allow Robit to further strengthen its product portfolio and also to achieve a strong position on the Australian market, thus achieving an important position on the global market for drilling tools.
