Our competition law experts Ilkka Aalto-Setälä and Henriikka Piekkala have co-written and published ‘Handbook on Competition Law’, together with four other top-experts in the field, highlighting potential circumstances where signalling is deemed illegal and situations where the FCCA will interfere with a transaction.
