Reception for International M&A Lawyers at Borenius’ New York Representative Office

We hosted a popular cocktail reception at our representative office on June 7, 2017. The reception was attended by over 100 international corporate lawyers and top firm partners from around the world, and also served as the unofficial farewell to the IBA’s 2017 Annual International Mergers & Acquisitions Conference.
