Borenius’ Corporate Counsel Day Facilitates New Opportunities for Collaboration Between In-house Counsel

The Borenius Corporate Counsel Day on 21 September 2017 brings together a large gathering of key corporate lawyers to co-create and explore current legal topics and new phenomena relevant to in-house counsel. The event also offers great networking opportunities for corporate counsel.

We are very excited to welcome our keynote speaker Jorma Eloranta, one of the most respected board professionals in Finland, who will give us some great insights into boards’ expectations for corporate lawyers. Following the keynote speech, we will continue our afternoon with workshops covering a multitude of topics related to new business opportunities and risks. The event ends with a panel on how corporate counsel can bring the maximum added value to their own organisations through cooperation with external counsel.
