Borenius’ 111th Anniversary Year Coming to an End – Highlights of Our Successful Year of 2022

This year marks our 111th anniversary and we have celebrated it throughout the year with our friends and colleagues. To highlight this significant milestone, we have hosted several wonderful events around this theme in the UK, US and Finland.

This year we have also raised a toast to our full decade in New York and two years in London. Due to the global situation, we were not able to arrange the official opening ceremony of our London rep office until this year – a bigger opening event at The NED in June and a smaller event at the Finnish Ambassador’s residence in October.

After an extensive period of online gatherings, our lawyers finally headed to Miami this November to attend the annual IBA conference – it was a great pleasure to see our colleagues and friends face to face.

Borenius’ wide-ranged individuals and top-tier teams have received significant recognition in several notable legal directories throughout the year, such as The Legal 500, IFLR1000 and Chambers. Many of our talents were also listed as Rising stars and a great number of them kept their positions as trusted advisors. In addition, we are proud to have many new faces listed as new talents.

During 2022, Borenius has advised several significant clients and been active in the market. Our notable international client highlights include, for example, Netflix and Liesheng.
