We are happy to announce that we have been shortlisted at the Mergermarket 2025 European M&A Awards in the following category: Finland Legal Adviser of the Year award.

Mergermarket's awards are among the most prestigious recognitions in the industry, acknowledging excellence in M&A advisory. Nominations are based on Mergermarket league table analysis, which highlights the top firms by volume (deal count), transaction value, and the highest-ranking local adviser(s) for the country categories.
