Julius Lempiäinen

Julius advises our clients on capital markets transactions and securities markets regulation. He also provides guidance on corporate governance and general corporate law. He has experience in a wide range of capital markets transactions, including public takeovers, initial public offerings, secondary share issues, and large-scale and complex strategic corporate transactions involving listed companies.

Julius joined Borenius as an Associate in 2026 from another Finnish law firm, where he worked as an Associate in the Public M&A & Capital Markets team. Prior to his graduation, Julius worked as a trainee at another law firm where he specialised in corporate and contract law and private M&A transactions.

In addition to his law degree from the University of Turku, Julius is a Master of Science in Economics and Business Administration (Accounting and Finance). He has a business-oriented mindset, which enables him to understand clients’ legal issues from the business perspective and seek solutions that add value to clients.
