Roope Sevón

Roope advises our clients on capital markets transactions and securities markets regulation. He also provides guidance on corporate governance and general corporate law. He has advised on a wide range of transactions, including IPOs, rights issues, bond issuances, and corporate restructuring events.

Roope joined Borenius as a Senior Associate in 2026 from another Finnish law firm, where he worked as an Associate in the Public M&A team. Before graduating from the University of Helsinki, Roope worked as a trainee at several law firms, where he specialised in corporate law and capital markets transactions.
